Pat, Christine, Dan and Spencer come to visit


After traveling several thousand miles we finally arrive in Indiana to visit with Daughter, Son-in-law and Grandson. It was really good to see all of them. We got to see them often and were there when Spencer started the first grade.

Leaving Nauvoo and the bridge swings open and here comes a tug pushing a full load of barges down the Mississippi. Any misjudgement on the Captains part and the bridge is in serious trouble.

Sister Patterson from Park City Ut.

Sister Patterson was one of the many missionaries serving in Carthage. She had about 3 days before the end of her mission and we were able to hear her bear her testimony on Sunday in Nauvoo.

The real Temple at the end of the pageant.

At the end of the performance the stage temple was lowered and the actual Temple was lit up for the conclusion of the show.

The sets were incredible as was the stage.

The sets and the stage design were engineering miracles. I cannot even imagine how all of this was done.
