Shopping at WalMart

It is like I have tried to tell you, things are a little slower pace around here. :)

An Oldie but a Goody

Well I wonder who this could be?

New Home in Summertown TN

I know I am really slow about posting to the Blog. This is our new home in Summertown TN. We have been working hard cleaning and painting so that we can move in.

Our trailer park in Mooresburg TN.

This is where we presently live in Tennesee.

Water is going, going, gone.

The TVA takes the water from the lake near our
trailer for power in the fall and winter. During
the summer the water line is near the tree line.

Indoor Veterans parade in White Pine TN

Billed as the largest indoor Veterans Parade in
TN. Nice to be somewhere where veterans are
the honored guests.

Barbara Talkington Sturgill

Barbara and her dog at her home in TN. We
spent 2 days with her and had a great visit.

Pat and Barbara

Pat and Barbara at her place in Trade TN.

Headed back to boat ramp.

Cherokee lake is a very large lake that is part of
of the TVA project.

Jim, Fish and Lloyd

Sunset from our friends deck in TN.

A pretty sunset in eastern TN.

Spencer and Dad going up in the balloon.

The balloon was on cable tethers and went up about 300 feet.

Conner Prairie one room school house.

We spent the afternoon learning about the 1800's in Connor Prairie Indiana.

I'm sure that he went into that tree grandpa.

Spencer takes his bug catching pretty serious.

Grandpa is the biggest bug I caught today.

If these bugs keep getting bigger I'm going to need a larger net.

Clouds at sunset in Indiana.

Pat likes the clouds and here is just one of her many cloud pictures.

Spencer said, "I think Grandpa's eyes are bigger than his stomach."

Not the thing you expect to hear from your 6 year old Grandson. But it was a good sandwich.

Grandma AND a Book, what could be better than that???

Grandma was enjoying this too.

A monument to bug catchers everywhere.

Grandma got this great shot after an evening walk.
